Completion Requirements: Credit is only given to attendees who register for the event; attend the educational sessions; evaluate each session attended, take the post-test for each session and complete the overall conference evaluation. At the end of the evaluation, you will be able to claim your credit and print your certificate.
You will not be able to download your certificate unless you have completed all the steps above.
Credit must be claimed within 30 days of the activity closing date.
ACRM Educational Conference session evaluations are completed through the conference website. Once you are registered, click on the CME/CEU link in the left column menu to go to your task page. After you have completed all your tasks you will be able to download the certificate of your choice. Remember that the site is automatically calculating your credit. If you miss evaluating a session you attended, you will not receive credit for that session.

Any person may file a signed complaint about ACRM Educational events. Complaints must be submitted in writing. The complaint must be identified as a complaint. The complaint must clearly describe the specific nature of the complaint, provide supporting data for the charge, specify the changes sought by the complainant, and identify the person making the complaint.
