Using your LOGIN, the steps are straight-forward in the online portal
Once the conference is underway, to claim your CME/CEUs complete the following steps:
1. Click on the link in the Online Program that says CLAIM YOUR CME/CEUs. NOTE: this link will appear *after* the conference (11/04/24).
Then click on the link: “Select Sessions Attended and Complete Your Evaluation Questions.” Evaluate the sessions you have attended.
2. When you have completed viewing sessions, click on the link “Complete Post Conference Assessment Questions” and then take the post-conference assessment.
3. When you have completed the assessment, click the link “Complete Overall Conference Evaluation” and complete the overall conference evaluation.
4. Click on the link “Provide Additional Certificate Information”. In this section, you will add your credentials, your license number, and state (if required for your certificate), and choose the type of certificate(s) you wish to claim.
4a. If you wish to claim ASHA CEUs, please email your ASHA member number, full address, and email on file with ASHA to certificates@acrm.org. Your certificate will be emailed to you.
5. Click on the link Download/Print Certificate.
In order to receive CME’s, you must use your mobile device to ‘Check-In’ to each presentation you physically attend.

Yes. “Upload Your Handouts” is an optional task in your Presenter Portal. You can also use this task to upload a worksheet that attendees can download and complete when directed to do so during your presentation.

Yes. All presenters are required to register for the Conference. Log into the Presenter Portal or Poster Portal using the access key you used to upload your submission. Click on the “Upload Presentation” task and an upload feature will appear. You can upload in PDF or PPT format.
From your Presenter Portal, you may each pre-record an audio file synchronized to the slides for your part of the presentation. Attendees will view your presentations sequentially. If your presenters need to interact with each other or a panel of experts for the presentation, you may choose to video record your presentation instead, using a screen-share program, such as Zoom or GoToWebinar.
ACRM uses two separate portals to manage presentations. The Presenter Portal is where you manage your symposia, instructional course and/or paper presentations. The Poster Portal is where you manage your posters. Your personal login credentials are the same for both portals. If you have lost your password/access key and need assistance, please contact us at speakers@ACRM.org.
Yes, ACRM will be happy to make presenter substitutions. Contact us at speakers@ACRM.org with the name, credentials (degrees), email address and role of the substitute (presenter, moderator, panelist) you wish to add to the presentation.
