  • Booth and sponsorship selections are first come, first served.

  • No payment is due now.

  • A 50% deposit will be required by 31 January 2026 to hold your space.

  • Once the 2026 Floor Plan is finalized, you’ll be contacted to select your booth and get next-step details by email.
